FAQ’s and Guidelines

• CUSTOM MADE projects are contracted and can be picked up, delivered, or shipped. There is no cost for pickup.

• CUSTOM MADE TIMELINES - This will be determined during consultation.

• QUILT SIZES AND APPROXIMATE COSTS - Click for chart

• PAYMENT - Available forms of payment are ApplePay, cash, check, PayPal or credit card. Full refunds will be given if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

• MADE TO ORDER (MTO) projects will be created immediately after receiving customer order and may generally take 1 to 3 weeks to complete. Quilts may take slightly longer.

• RETURN POLICY - Please note, all products are handcrafted or cut just for you after you submit your order. Full refunds are available for products if Sew Clever Gifts is contacted within 12 hours of the order being placed, before the product is shipped.

  After 12 hours, refunds are only offered if there is an error made by Sew Clever Gifts (SCG). If an error has made by SCG, the buyer may contact us via phone or email within 3 days of receipt of order to discuss refund and/or exchange. Any projects created by Sew Clever Gifts are handcrafted. Attention to detail is critical, however, any minor flaws or imperfections in construction do not warrant a refund.SHIPPING - Shipping is free for orders over $75.00 using code FREESHIP. Shipping will be a flat rate of $10 for any orders under $75. CUSTOM MADE projects will include shipping in estimate.

• We deliver to local zip codes for a small fee of $5.00.
